Gluzeighod provides online tutoring services in languages, music, design, and photography. Our services include live video sessions, digital learning materials, and personalized instruction. All services are delivered remotely via internet-based platforms.

4. Booking and Cancellation
Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session credit.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in New Zealand Dollars. Payment is required at the time of booking or according to your chosen package plan. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy and applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through gluzeighod, including learning materials, videos, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Gluzeighod or its content providers. You may use materials for personal educational purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our services in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward tutors or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. You must not use our platform for any illegal purposes or to transmit harmful content.
8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online sessions. Gluzeighod is not liable for technical issues on your end that prevent session participation, though we will work with you to reschedule when possible.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as necessary to provide tutoring services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gluzeighod provides educational services and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. While our tutors are qualified professionals, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our tutoring services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of our services. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or skill mastery, as learning results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Gluzeighod reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to scheduled sessions or learning materials, and any remaining credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Both parties agree to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.
